Late Policy: If you are more than 15-20 minutes late you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.
Cancelation policy: If you can’t make it please rescheduled, we are human things happen! I’m happy to work with you. You will be charged a fee if you do no call, no show. I ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment. Less than 24hr notice will be charged a fee.
Lash Extensions Policy Aftercare It is important to follow all after care instructions that your lash tech has given you.
You will be given a a little bag with aftercare instructions, 2-3 wand brushes & shampoo lash brush. Lash Shampoo Washing your lashes is a big part of good retention. Don't be afraid to wash your lash extensions daily.
I recommend my Lash shampoo to properly cleanse your lashes everyday. Not cleansing your lashes everyday will affect your retention. Lash shampoo & Bottle: $12 Refills: $7 (Bring in your bottle)
Foreign Fills I do not offer foreign fills from other lash artists, if you are a new client, please be sure to schedule a removal & a full set.
Fills: Lash fills need to be scheduled every 2-3 weeks after that will be a full set.
